Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a consulting or recruitment environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Occasional flexibility may be required based on client needs.
