Job Title: Customer Service Agent (English)

Job Summary:As a Customer Service Agent (English) at Thailand Job Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates. You will serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Provide guidance and assistance to candidates regarding job opportunities, application processes, and interview scheduling.
  3. Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to facilitate candidate screenings, assessments, and onboarding procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate profiles in our CRM system.
  5. Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking activities.
  6. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing our customer service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field is advantageous.

Experience:Previous experience in customer service or recruitment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Working Hours:This is a full-time position, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate client and candidate schedules.
