  • Liaise with other plants to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipment of products.
  • Monitor and analyze customer inquiries and communication channels to provide feedback and improve processes.
  • Assist in cost control and managing departmental budgeted expenses.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the market, products, and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in a consultancy or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and assume a high degree of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
