As an HR Operations Specialist at Thailand Job Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our HR department. You will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR operational activities, including but not limited to payroll administration, benefits management, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and development programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.

Working Hours:
