Thailand Job Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Technology Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT professionals.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record of filling IT positions.
• In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience working with diverse teams and handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet recruitment targets.
