Thailand Job Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Senior or Lead to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent in the industry. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop and implement recruitment plans, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and enhance our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company hiring goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the company.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company visibility and reputation in the job market.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is a plus.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in a leadership role within the recruitment function.
  • Experience in hybrid working environments.

Working Hours:
