Job Summary:As an HR Recruitment Consultant at Thailand Job Consulting, you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates in suitable job roles. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
• Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the company database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR consulting.
• Experience in recruiting for a variety of industries is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
