Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior recruitment staff.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate remote or hybrid work arrangements.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
