Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Executive for our Voice Process work-from-home (WFH) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process environment.
