The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated Remote Help Desk Operator to provide exceptional technical support to our clients.   • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a remote setting is preferred.

Working Hours:
