Job Summary: As a Recruiter at HK Consultancy, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
