Job Summary

As a Senior Client Success Manager - Enterprise at HK Consultancy, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise-level clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving value through our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned enterprise-level client accounts.
• Understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities to effectively align our solutions with their business goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize their experience and maximize value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing client accounts.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or SaaS environment.
