Job Summary:

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at HK Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions for our clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
• Design and implement custom technical solutions that align with client objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical solution design and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working directly with clients to deliver technical solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Deep understanding of software development methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for clients.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure and security principles.
• Strong project management skills.
