Job Summary:

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for our Customer Experience Group, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the recruitment efforts, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and drive initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the customer experience field.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a customer experience or related industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in customer experience or related industries is preferred.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time position with standard office hours.
