Job Title: Remote IT Help Desk Technician (Level 1 – 3)

Job Summary: As a Remote IT Help Desk Technician at HK Consultancy, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients via remote assistance channels. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, assist with network configurations, and ensure prompt resolution of IT-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to clients, resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level technicians when necessary.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with software, hardware, and network issues.

Experience:

  • Level 1: 1-2 years of relevant experience
