Job Title: Network and System Administrator

Job Summary: As a Network and System Administrator at HK Consultancy, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing our clients networks and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network and system infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Implement security measures to protect systems from cyber threats
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Upgrade systems and software as needed
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Document system configurations and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a network and system administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with network security tools and practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and system administration.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, with standard working hours Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required for occasional after-hours maintenance and support.
