Job Title: Senior Automation Engineer (Web/API/Mobile/OTT)

Job Summary: As a Senior Automation Engineer at HK Consultancy, you will play a key role in developing and implementing automated solutions for web, API, mobile, and over-the-top (OTT) platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain automation frameworks to ensure the reliability and scalability of our clients digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and OTT testing.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Create and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated testing processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automation testing for web, API, mobile, and OTT platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing or software development.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or with clients in various industries is a plus.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to accommodate project needs.
