Job Summary

As an IT Help Desk Technician at HK Consultancy, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, answer queries, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person to clients experiencing issues with hardware, software, or network connectivity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Set up and configure user accounts and permissions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches.
  • Document and maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
