Job Title: Client Support Assistant

Job Summary: As a Client Support Assistant at HK Consultancy, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will assist in managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist clients with account setup, product information, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide administrative support to the client services team as needed.
