Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and accurately entering data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred but not required

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
