Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various sourcing methods.
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
