Job Title: Airport Representative/Ground Staff/Air Hostess

Job Summary: As an Airport Representative/Ground Staff/Air Hostess at HK Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our passengers. You will assist travelers throughout their journey, from check-in to boarding, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
  • Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flights, services, and facilities
  • Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth departure process
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers
  • Respond to in-flight emergencies and ensure passengers well-being throughout the flight
  • Assist in baggage handling and ensure proper loading and unloading of luggage
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the aircraft cabin and airport facilities
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects as required
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or aviation is a plus

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation industry is preferred but not required
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of airport operations and aviation regulations is an advantage
