Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and support to our clients in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting HR assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Developing HR policies and procedures tailored to each clients needs
• Providing guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing
• Managing performance evaluation processes and recommending strategies for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Providing training and development opportunities for client staff

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or consulting
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience

• Experience working in a consulting capacity preferred

Working Hours

This is a part-time position, with flexible hours based on client needs. Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
