Job Title: Part-Time Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary: HK Consultancy is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Consultant to join our dynamic team. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance to clients, assisting them in managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing HR policies and procedures tailored to clients needs
  • Providing guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing
  • Advising on performance management strategies and conducting performance evaluations
  • Delivering HR training sessions to clients employees and management teams
  • Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments affecting HR practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR consultant or generalist role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
