Job Summary: As a Back Office Executive at HK Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative tasks. You will be responsible for handling various back-office functions to support the companys daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Performing data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork as needed.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
