Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager of Consumer & Marketing Insights - Online at American Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by analyzing consumer behavior and market trends in the online space. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of online consumer behavior, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the online space to identify opportunities and threats.
- Partner with marketing, digital, and e-commerce teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving online customer engagement and retention.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations through the interpretation of data and analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute research projects aimed at understanding consumer preferences and behavior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or data analytics, with a focus on the online space.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of driving business results through insights-driven decision-making.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or data analytics, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Working Hours:
