Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager of Consumer & Marketing Insights - Online at American Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by analyzing consumer behavior and market trends in the online space. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or data analytics, with a focus on the online space.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through insights-driven decision-making.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or data analytics, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

Working Hours:
