Job Title: Executive Assistant (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary: HK Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgeting activities
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting processes preferred

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, standard office hours with occasional flexibility required
