Job Title: Event Manager/Executive Assistant (Female)

Job Summary: HK Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager/Executive Assistant (Female) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing various events while providing high-level administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from conception through to completion, including budget management, vendor coordination, and onsite management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning process.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event management and/or executive assistance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management and/or executive assistance.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required for event management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
