Job Title: Event Manager/Executive Assistant (Female)
Job Summary: HK Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager/Executive Assistant (Female) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing various events while providing high-level administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from conception through to completion, including budget management, vendor coordination, and onsite management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning process.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event management and/or executive assistance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management and/or executive assistance.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required for event management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
