Job Summary: As a Customer Service Associate Representative at Cigna, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  3. Assist customers with navigating online portals and self-service tools.
  4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
  5. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
