Position: Procurement Manager (Furniture Sector)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our procurement operations within the furniture sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing furniture materials and products while ensuring optimal quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company furniture requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Oversee inventory management and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the furniture industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a management role.
