As an Executive Assistant at Awesomic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company success by providing indispensable support to our co-founder, Stacy. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing the Stacy calendar and helping her with daily tasks to conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting in organizing Awesomic business trips. This dynamic role will require exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment. As the right-hand to Stacy, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, interface with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and innovation of Awesomic as it continues to make its mark in the industry. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, fostering a positive work culture, and ultimately, driving the company towards its goals with precision and excellence.

What You will Do:

• Co-founder Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to our co-founder Stacy, managing her inbox, calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring she has the necessary information and resources for optimal decision-making.

• Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking progress on key projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.

• Data Management: Organize and maintain important documents, reports, databases, and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.

• Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate, prepare agendas, and document minutes for high-level meetings, following up on action items to ensure timely execution.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with team members, partners, and customers to enhance collaboration and foster a positive work environment.

You have got:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Founder Assistant/Executive Assistant)

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Opportunity to travel abroad to help organize business-related events

• US Visa (will be a plus)

• Ability to identify stakeholders based on situation input

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in communications, reports, and project coordination.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact with various stakeholders and represent Stacy professionally.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for communication, project management, and data analysis.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead on various tasks.

• Knowledge of the latest industry trends.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Proactiveness and voluntary experience would be considered advantageous.
