Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and establish our brand presence in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. This role is instrumental in scaling our exchange from inception to prominence, leveraging digital marketing strategies and community engagement. As the first marketing hire, you will build out the team from scratch, taking the marketing effort from 0 -> 1.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Web3 and crypto audience, aligned with business goals and growth targets.

• Lead all facets of marketing, including brand positioning, digital advertising, social media management content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI and support rapid customer acquisition.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and strategic opportunities within the crypto industry.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and partnerships to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and regulations in the Web3 and crypto space to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the crypto or fintech industry, preferably in a startup environment.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics.

• Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi concepts.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
