Job Summary: As an Architect at the Director level focusing on diversity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within our organization and beyond. You will lead strategic planning, implementation, and assessment of diversity programs and policies, working closely with leadership teams to ensure alignment with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies that promote a culture of belonging and respect.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to integrate diversity initiatives into recruitment, hiring, retention, and advancement processes.
  • Lead training and educational programs to raise awareness and foster understanding of diversity-related issues.
  • Analyze demographic data and trends to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of diversity programs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity best practices and industry trends, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external organizations and community groups to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of DEI principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of diversity and inclusion.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR, diversity and inclusion, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing diversity programs preferred.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with standard business hours, with flexibility required to accommodate occasional evening or weekend events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and strategies.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training and educational programs.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
