Job Summary:

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at The Elite Job, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent to drive the company success in Sweden. Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse talent across various levels.
  • Understanding of Swedish labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
