Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems in a meticulous manner.
- Handle general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Administration Officer to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.
