Position: Senior Registered Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and train junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing day-to-day nursing operations.

Required Skills:

• Clinical Expertise: Possess a strong foundation in nursing practice, with a focus on evidence-based care.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid nursing license in Dubai & UAE.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Current CPR certification.
