Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality and engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and align messaging with brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets editorial standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong research abilities to gather relevant information and insights.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in BPO
• Portfolio of published articles or content samples.
