Position: Call Center Executive

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of The Elite Job products/services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
• Documentation: Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure all information is accurately documented.

Qualifications:
