Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Airport HR/Admin Executive to support the Ground Operations Division. This role is responsible for managing human resources functions, administrative coordination, and employee engagement initiatives within a fast-paced airport environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and aviation industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily HR and administrative operations for ground staff.
Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, airport regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate training programs and performance management processes.
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
Support operational teams with workforce planning and scheduling.
Maintain office administration including supplies, documentation, and vendor coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic airport environment.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
Prior experience in aviation, logistics, or ground operations is highly preferred.
Experience handling large workforce environments will be an advantage.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Rotational shifts based on airport operational requirements.
