Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused VIP Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality services within the exclusive airport lounge environment at Cape Town International Airport. This role is responsible for ensuring a premium experience for distinguished travelers by maintaining high standards of service, comfort, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will embody elegance, discretion, and attention to detail while creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome VIP guests with professionalism and warmth.
Provide personalized assistance to lounge guests, including food and beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the lounge area at all times.
Monitor lounge access and ensure only authorized guests are admitted.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Replenish food, beverages, and amenities as required.
Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality certification preferred).
