Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with airline partners and internal departments for seamless operations
Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions with professionalism
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
Prepare reports related to ticket sales, reservations, and daily transactions
Support administrative functions including documentation and data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)

Experience
