Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote E-Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning materials. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, instructional design, and digital content creation. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to produce high-quality, learner-centric content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and training materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and structure content effectively.
Create multimedia elements such as videos, presentations, quizzes, and simulations.
Ensure content aligns with instructional design principles and learning objectives.
Review and update existing learning materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) to build engaging content.
Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure seamless user experience.
Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional standards across all materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of e-learning development tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience
0–3 years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or content creation.
Freshers with strong skills and a passion for digital learning are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in remote or freelance content development is an added advantage.

Full-Time position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
