Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our remote workforce. Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity
Assist in developing data models and predictive analytics where applicable
Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience
