Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (graduates preferred)
Basic computer literacy and typing skills

Working Hours
Flexible working hours (Day/Night shifts available)
5 to 6 working days per week depending on business requirements
