Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers onboard through strict adherence to aviation regulations and procedures.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety protocols effectively.
Provide exceptional in-flight service, including food, beverages, and assistance tailored to passenger needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
Maintain clear communication with cockpit crew and fellow cabin crew members.
Handle emergency situations with confidence, including first aid and evacuation procedures when necessary.
Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with diverse passengers.
Physically fit with the ability to meet aviation medical standards.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
Flexible and rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Long-haul and short-haul international flight schedules.
Layovers in international destinations as per flight assignments.
