Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated professionals to join our dynamic finance team in Kenya. Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Support management with financial insights and reporting for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting roles.
Experience working in a corporate, consulting, or audit firm environment is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and internship experience may also be considered.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40–45 hours per week).
Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours during audit periods or financial closing cycles.
