Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective technical assistance across a range of products and services. Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding technical issues

Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or call center environment

Working Hours
