Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Monitor forum discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
Review and moderate user-generated content, including posts, comments, and messages
Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spam content promptly
Respond to user queries and provide guidance on forum rules and usage
Escalate complex issues or violations to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and incidents
Foster a positive and engaging community environment
Stay updated with platform updates, moderation tools, and policy changes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, fair decisions
Basic understanding of online community management and moderation practices
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with internet culture, trends, and digital communication styles
Proficiency in using computers and online tools
Experience
Prior experience in forum moderation, customer support, or online community management is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in moderation are also encouraged to apply
