Job Summary
American Express is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support business operations remotely. Key Responsibilities

Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and professional communication
Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and file management
Assist in organizing virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
Support customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Conduct research and compile reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
