Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging with brand strategy
Write subject lines, preview text, and body copy that drive open rates and click-through rates
Optimize email content through A/B testing and performance analysis
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all email communications
Adapt copy for different audience segments and customer lifecycle stages
Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Strong understanding of email marketing principles and customer engagement strategies
Ability to write persuasive, clear, and concise copy tailored to diverse audiences
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts

Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in email marketing or digital marketing
Proven portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns or marketing copy
